Today’s workout

Today I kept it simple: 5 sets of 20 swings, using my t-handle with 30 pounds loaded onto it. Later, I took the kids to the playground, and I climbed up the side of the playset and jumped down, three or four times. Climbing is an excellent workout, and the weather is still very mild for July.
