Good Morning America features “Wii-habilitation”

Between August vacations and getting kids ready for school, I’ve missed a lot of blog-posting, so I’m just getting caught up on things.  Here’s a segment from GMA that was broadcast several weeks ago, about how the Wii and the upcoming Xbox360 Kinect and Playstation 3 Move motion controllers can be used for exercise and physical therapy.  Professor Stephen Yang, exergaming researcher, talks about gaming for therapy, and then makes actions speak louder than words by busting some moves with “Hot and Cold” from Just Dance.  (And I couldn’t have been the only viewer who got up and danced along, from memory!)

See more exergaming news at Prof. Yang’s site, ExerGame Lab.
